Shipping Policy

It is our constant endeavor to ship your order within 24 hours of order placement, However if there is a Public Holiday, it can take upto 2 working days to ship your order.

 

You can expect your order to be delivered to you within 2-7 business days once it has been shipped.

In the unlikely event, we are unable to deliver any items in your order, be assured that the full amount charged for the item will be refunded.

Please note our shipping policy as follows:

1. We currently deliver to most cities and towns across India.

​

2. We generally ship items within 1-2 working days of order placement. However, in some cases, we may take longer, due to items gone out of stock or due to public holidays.

​

3. In the unlikely event that we are not able to ship your order completely within 7 working days of the order, we shall cancel the remaining unshipped part of the order, and send you an email informing you about the same. In such cases, your payment against the unshipped part of the order shall be refunded to the same mode from which the payment was received.

4. To ensure that your order reaches you in the fastest time and in good condition, we only ship through selected courier companies and it is packed in high quality packing material.

5. We shall try to ship all items in your order together, but this may not always be possible due to product type and availability.

​

6. If you believe that the product is not in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, please refuse to take delivery of the package, you should contact us within 2 days from the date of delivery, mentioning your order number. We shall investigate the matter and make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.

7. Once the order is shipped from our warehouse, it cannot be cancelled.

As per Regulations All Bulky items will be shipped by surface only, Surface couriers can take 1 – 14 Days, depending on your location.
