Warranty on products Offered: In case you feel that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement you can write to us at roshni@sanskritbookdepot.com
Pricing and Payments: Payment once made can not be canceled or returned unless the nonavailability of items after placing the order where the full amount will be refunded.
Refund against Cancellation: If the order is lost or un-delivered to your preferred location by courier, then the full order amount will be refunded. Kindly allow 3 to 4 working days to process the payment and will be initiated to the original mode of payment once we get the confirmation and acknowledgment from the courier company against order cancellation.
Return/Order Cancellation: Once the order is ready for dispatch with a label or shipped then it is not possible to cancel your order under any circumstances. However, we can offer a return as a special case provided with the following conditions subject to our admin approval.
1. Shipped items should be unused/unopened and to be returned to us at your own courier cost and at your own risk.
2. Forward shipping amount will be deducted while refunding the amount after receipt of your return, we shall update you on the deduction amount against receipt of the shipment. no refund will be given if we receive the return shipment in damaged condition.
Availability: We take utmost care in keeping the inventory of all the listed products on the website on a regular periodic basis, but there could be unavoidable/unexpected situation where the product you have ordered is gone out of stock due to a delay in updating the physical stock in our website or is not in a condition to be shipped or is expired or is being discontinued from production. In such an event, you will get a notification from our team. In case the order is paid, your refund towards the same will be processed on the same day as canceled through the same mode as you paid us.
